Permalink’s Group Activities and Community Programs promote a holistic approach to empower the individuals we work with in their journey towards social activities, employment and personal development.
By offering a comprehensive set of outings, activities and programs, we assist in providing social engagements, skill development, confidence building and assistance with preparing for employment opportunities.
The emphasis on socialisation and community support, ensures that you feel connected, motivated and equipped to participate in wider community settings, build social networks and face the challenges of finding and retaining job security.
Opportunities and second chances allow us to improve, reflect and better ourselves from the daily challenges we face. Group & Community Programs are a steppingstone to experiencing new horizons and goals.
You will have a 1:3 participation with one (1) Support Worker and three (3) participants, where you will attend and complete your chosen activity from the monthly schedule.
You will also receive additional support from Students completing placement. We can also arrange a 1:1 and 1:2 ratio if requested.
We are a “lifestyle focused” care organisation, and offer an extensive range of support services to all participants of the NDIS across Melbourne.

The Employment & Skill Development Program is tailored to assist participants in finding and attaining a job, while enhancing skill development and self-confidence.

The Finance & Budgeting Program is designed to assist participants in practicing numeracy and developing financial control, strategies in maintaining a healthy credit score and future goals and aspirations.

The Cooking & Baking Program allows participants to be independent and comfortable with food handling, utilising kitchen utensils and discovering different cuisines.

The Arts Program provides opportunities for participants to express their creativity in forms of realism, abstract and non-objective styles through painting, sculpture or drawing.

The Health & Fitness program promotes lifestyle, balance and well-being through indoor/outdoor exercise and activities, dieting and nutrition.

The Performing Arts Program encourages participants to bring out their acting, singing and musical talents in creating performances and managing stage presence.
