Live life on your terms

Supported Independent Living (SIL) at Permalink is about offering varied levels of support based on your individual needs. Our service ranges from providing supervision of living arrangements to active 24/7 support, including assistance with most daily tasks and overnight care.

We understand that each person has unique requirements, and our goal is to enhance your ability to live as independently as possible.

How Permalink provides SIL

We offer three tiers of support in our SIL service: lower, standard, and higher needs. Each level is carefully tailored to provide the right balance of assistance and independence.

For those with lower needs, we focus on supervision and occasional support. Standard needs involve more active assistance with daily tasks, while higher needs require frequent and intensive support, including managing complex medical conditions.

Care that is tailored to you

Assisting in planning weekly meals, grocery shopping, and preparing meals according to dietary needs and preferences, ensuring nutritious and enjoyable dining experiences.

Offering guidance and assistance in managing finances, including budgeting, bill payments, and banking activities, to promote financial independence and responsibility.

Helping with routine household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, organising, and basic home maintenance tasks, ensuring a clean and well-maintained living environment.

Assisting with accessing community resources, attending appointments, and using public transport or other transportation services, enhancing social inclusion and independence in community navigation.

Providing support with personal care routines such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and managing medication schedules, ensuring health, hygiene, and personal wellbeing are maintained.
