Our therapeutic approach is to be understanding, not judgmental.

As a registered clinical psychologist with nearly a decade of experience in the field, I understand you are the expert of ‘you’, so I want you to feel that you are an equal in your own therapy.

We specialise in Cross Cultural Psychology, Disability, Alcohol and Drug addiction, Academic Challenges, and Issues in the Arts.

Therapeutic Approach:

While our style of therapy is largely catered by your needs, we draw on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy (NT) to tailor each approach.

Permalink Support Services has helped many people achieve their goals by providing individually tailored therapy, assessment, and training.

With a wide variety of specialities we want to emphasise that all people from all backgrounds are valid and we welcome you to ask for assistance.
